Association of Mexican American Students

Our History

 

 

Founded in 1970, the Association of Mexican American Students (AMAS) is the largest multicultural group on campus. It is an organization dedicated to the preservation and advancement of the Mexican American culture.

AMAS provides members an opportunity to engage in active participation in the organization through: 
-Social Events
-Sports
-Campus wide events
-Scholarships
-Community Service
-Networking


Meetings are held Fridays at Noon

Location: College Hall Rm. 106!

 

Membership is open to ALL UTA students who subscribe to the goals and purpose of the organization.
